A very well-located hotel with multiple cuisines. One very good thing here you will find is that it has a very easy and wide parking space. The rooms are very clean with all the necessary amenities like Tv, soap, hot/cold water supply etc.If you want to locate the place then you have to look just opposite the St. Xavier's school located in Nongthymai.

An upscale yet reasonably priced hotel in Shillong having ample parking space in a city that is short of parking lots. Rooms are clean and spacious while bathroom has got central water heating. Complimentary buffet breakfast (with a lot of options) is an icing on the cake.

A very nice and reasonably priced hotel in Shillong. You get five star facilities at a reasonable price. Well furnished rooms with clean linen welcome you. Washroom is chich with granite furnishing and chrome fittings.Go for complementary breakfast as they serve you well in the common room /dining room below.

Worst experience with this hotel. As we are 7 people so we decided to take 3rooms. At the time of check-in the receptionist told us that we have to take a extra bed(Rs1200) because they don't allow more than 2people in a room. So we agree to take a extra bed. At night we asked them more than two times about the extra bed but they didn't provide it. Next day at the time of check-out the manager charged Rs 1200 for extra bed and when we told him that they didn't provide us any extra bed he started arguing with us. Is this the way you treat with your guest? Vey unprofessional behaviour from this manager and the house keeping.

The hotel interior and exterior is good. But people working over there doesn't have the manner how to talk with their clients.Also while booking it is written there that complementary breakfast will be provided but still the hotel manager charged us for the breakfast.Not only me but the other clients who were residing there had the complain regarding the hotel manager and the behaviour of the manager they faced. I have learnt that a hotel shouldn't be judged but it's interior or exterior. There should me some basic knowledge of behaviour that any of the hotel staff should have. I personally will not recommended this hotel to anyone.
